kate middleton, duchess of Cambridge has gone into labour this morning and went into hospital at 6am this morning

if the baby was an aussie it would be out by now.

Wont be long till the launch now! Then we can get started with the Politicians doing their "Brown Nosing" routines. Maybee I am just getting cynical in my old age

just saw on bbc news channel on the ticker tape at the bottom quoting call me dave saying the country is excited.

more importantly is there are going to be an extra bank holiday for this royal birth, now that is being cynical.

Hasn't she had it yet? I mean, how hard can it be?

They're gonna name him after his Father. King Cwpussylover has quite a ring to it

the baby weighed 8lbs 6ozs and was born at 4:24pm. no news yet on a name.

kate middleton will spend the night in hospital its just been announced. so presume she and William will leave tomorrow with their baby son and do the traditional pic on the steps with their baby like Diana and Charles did with prince wiliam

The government rushed through the law of succession and the baby turned out to be a boy.
