Yes she seems to have disappeared, but she was on less and less anyway so it wasn't a sudden disappearance. I can't believe you're still talking about this girl even now, but still the ruse they pulled about being in England was surely just to protect the company identity. By pretending to be in England they threw anyone off the track of finding out who they actually were. As for the boss, I'm 100% sure he knew exactly what this girl was doing, so the groping he indulged in was done knowing full well it was being broadcast on webcam.
