Well having to deal with my long term problems with my knees, I ended up having to go doctors has both the joints in my wrists are hurting especially my right wrists so now it’s a load of blood tests and x rays. Now it’s constant pain in my knees and wrists.
Oh dear, hope some relief from pain can be found.

Been there all day with knees and other stuff am stuck and it’s slowly getting worse. I made my right knee worse last year Steg I had a really bad fall. As for the wrists and hands now gotta wait for the results. Even they notice that were swollen.
