As far as i'm aware (and correct me if i'm wrong?) but Babestation Blue doesn't operate with an OFCOM licence but instead with a Dutch licence which OFCOM allegedly have no control over so the rules and regs are different for that channel.

Xxxpanded TV on both Satellite and Freeview TV broadcast with UK OFCOM licences and OFCOM classes from 5am onwards as being daytime hours so the girls have to cover up to conform to OFCOM daytime rules for the last 20 to 30 minutes or so which also means not being allowed to move around so much or not in a sexual manner.

So after 5am the channels in theory have to abide by the daytime rules of the UK OFCOM regulator.

^ BS Blue is actually the channel with the Ofcom licence, Square 1 Management Limited are the licence holders of that channel on freeview, the BS channels that finish earlier on freeview are the ones with a Dutch licence, Elite, Bangbabes and Playboy TV Chat all used to broadcast until 5.30am on freeview and their girls remained topless until 5.30am the same as the girls on the Sky channels do

If i remember correctly when when the TVX Cream and Dirty Talk channels used to broadcast on freeview their girls used to cover up their boobs at 5.am the same as xxXpanded , i haven't a clue why, Ofcom rules allow adult content and chat , ie topless and naked girls to be shown until 5.30am not 5am, hence why every other channel bar xxXpanded that transmits until 5.30am allows their girls to go topless .

This was, from right to left, Candy, Lily Rose and Sammy Lou on freeview ch180 just after midnight last night.

I'm kinda amazed (and pleased) that they've lasted this long. I don't know the relative times that Elite and RLC spent, but Xxp have kept it up well, especially when several of their bigger names left early on as well.
