meanwhile, BSX have already said elsewhere (and that quote had been posted on here), that they wont challenge the current limits.

so if you want to go to ofcom, and challenge them, then go for it, but until all the channels decide to do that, then we have to live within their limits!

Regardless of what we say, BSX control their output levels and we either accept these and use the channel, or we refuse and stop using BSX.

the only issue we can complain about is the level in BSX thats within allowed but less than expected ie topless! especially when its advertised as much higher than the resulting output!
