it has come to our attention this morning that there were unfortunately some technical difficulties this morning caused by the sheer volume of text requests for free PIN numbers last night, which have resulted in a small percentage of our users receiving billed messages from the free PIN offer last night.
We have identified all affected users, and you will be receiving a free text message to your mobile today apologising for the issues and giving you the option of receiving free pin credits to use whenever you like, or providing you with the necessary information to get a full refund.
We apologise to all users affected by this and have already put the necessary steps in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.
If you believe you have been affected by this and do not receive a text message today, please contact us on the Customer Service details above to receive a refund.
