for those that haven't received there pin yet, don't worry you are not missing anything apart from big ugly graphics, that is blocking the view of something, i think they are females, can't be too sure though...

havent had any other reports of a black screen, have you tried refreshing your browser or choosing a different quality setting?
Been waitin an hour now still no luck. on three network btw
02 sent my pin the second after and screens been ok just a bit poor res. but theres more going on in the little box sometimes try changing it around 241 is better
still waiting for freeview code over an hour now! got a web code straight away though both sent/requested on virgin network
