3 months later and Sami still looks miserable and uninterested in what she's doing. She can't seem to stop the cycle of "no interaction means no calls means even less interaction".

Agree. She actually looks depressed when I've seen her on AC the couple of times she's been on since AC came back. Definitely put on a few pounds. Maybe not been a good few months for her money wise. She certainly wouldn't be getting as much commission for less calls on the graveyard afternoon shift and seeing as she's banned from doing mornings (see previous post).
