Xpanded seem to be having real difficulty getting girls into the studio. No dayshifts from the studio yesterday and the same again this morning. Loads of girls have left over the past year or so and Xpanded clearly can't recruit girls who live near enough to go to the studio regularly.

It doesn't help a few og the babes live far up north so it's not worth them travelling to London for a couple of shifts a week

I don't think that this is a problem confined to XP, BS have similar issues it is just much more magnified at XP with a small roster. XP have load of babes who once worked in the studio who mainly work from home, they are still on the books & not left the company.
BS have many London based babes who prefer to work from home, unless there's a big monetary incentive to travel to the studio why would they ?
