+1 for tried the other night before going Clare Richards route but nice chat from what I heard and didn't make me want to hang up immediately like usually when not blagging it through fast. honey is always good on the phone - except when she gets people telling her about their shopping! Like you i don't hang around if i don't get straight through but blagging it is becoming very difficult to do on xpanded. I think honey has a very loyal fanbase and maybe doesn't pick up as many casual passers by as the others do.
