I think he means that although there may be more naturally beautiful girls than Dionne (his words not mine!) her manner and personality make her sexier. That's my guess anyway. For the record I think Dionne oozes sex from every pore.

Dionne has got what it takes to be the absolute hottest babe on any of the channels. She has lost a teeny bit too much weight though I think.....she needs one or two more curves back. Hot as hell though.
