Re: reduction - it's only a question of degree anyway. Doesn't seem that many months ago that they were boosted, from 10 to 11, let's say. If they're going back to 10 or 9, then that's not the end of the world. Down to 1 or 2 is another matter. Though if that's the way it has to be, so be it.
