Yep, same problem. Can't as the video is marked as Private. You need to make the video public so we can see it.

Maybe Ofcom have deemed the vid to risky & shut it down

Sorry about that, please try now. I thought private mean it just wasn't listed to non logged in folks and those who didn't have the URL.
