I don't know if it was a scheduling cock-up, but they seemed to have three girls on for part of yesterday afternoon. Sam and Kristina were on together on the main channel whilst Ella was solo on the second but I didn't see her after early evening:

I've never seen Ella before.

Does anyone have any experience of her? Anyone know if she is happy to help you out?
