Coincidentally your "anniversary" on here is the same as mine; I joined on 5/5/09, but it took me three months to post.
Regarding the staying/going, I've been there so many times. It's like a cycle: post, get pissed off, don't post, miss posting, start again, rinse and repeat. I think I might be entering the "pissed off" stage again
