What ever happened to.the cappers union all in royal blue, cappers union above there profile pic, you are quite right mate back in the day it ment something to be asked to join it , be nice to see it come back but it needs to be I think something you can only get when you reach a level say 10000 cap posts or you make the last 3 of the forum caps of vids awards, I turned it down back in the day as there was no one Amber at the time but now it's far more common, be interesting to know the views of the other regular cappers these days

Your correct winsaw/ don, royal blue is just for members of the cappers union.

I was only offering to change Goatman can go back to being light blue.
That's all that's on offer Amber or Light blue. He can go Pink but that may involve surgery.
Red is for someone who's done something special (in admins eyes).
