I am well and truly gutted, Carla is doing a show this Friday and I am going to miss it!!

Join me for a workout that's sure to get your hearts racing. I'll start by stretching and putting on some music that I can really move to. I'll be wearing a see-through pink leotard, gorgeous nude pantyhose and pink leg warmers. I'll show you how flexible I am as I bend and stretch and as I bounce around it will be hard to contain my cleavage in my tight leotard. As things start to heat up i'll need to cool down, so I'll start to remove my outfit piece by piece till i'm wearing nothing but my teeny panties. Then you can see the effect my workouts have on my figure

Tonight I'm working late at the office - I'm all on my own and my mind is starting to wander from my work. All work and and no play makes Carla a dull girl, so I think I should have a fun break with you. I'll be looking formal and professional in a black skirt suit, sheer black blouse, pearls and high heels. I'll bend forward over my desk to show you the seams and tops of my sheer black fully-fashioned stockings. I'll slowly remove my suit and blouse to reveal a lace-trimmed white slip petticoat, black garter belt and black lace lingerie. I'll look around to check there's no one else in the office and then cheekily show you a bit more.....
