Although I'm looking forward to seeing this film when it comes out. I just find this type of bullying tactic being used by the film industries rediculous.
The pub "The Hobbit" has been called that for over 20 years, and just because Hollywood decide to make a remake of a film, they expect the pub to change it's name and the names of it's cocktails, sighting copyright infringement. It's pathetic.
The Music & Film industry laterly seem to have developed an overly large sence of paranoia when it comes to copyright.
