Yeah agreed combination of weight loss and gym time I think When she stopped shaking it before it carried on with a life of its own after. Still great though and I can highly reccommend the TV talk too so all in all an ace package
My first post was re Makara and at that time I couldnt praise her enough Sorry to say that now she seems almost to have merged into the crowd We have all noticed the weight loss and apparently thats nearly 2 stones gone now Worse the plan is at least another stone! That plus exercise as well IS slowly turning whats left of the curves into muscle Sad day really as in my view she is loosing what made her individual and especially her amazing bum It still looks good but nothing like before Not knocking her if she feels better in herself for it and its letting me get to bed earlier as I can now resist the temptation to stay up until the small hours! God forbid though that she takes the usual next step of adding back curves in plastic That would be the ruination of one of the most natural girls on TV

Yes she has lost alot of weight because she was not happy in her self, some of you are a little upset because you loved her body the way it was, but she didnt. I think she looked great myself, but then im not really in a position to comment....lol.

She needs to feel happy in her body and if that means her loosing weight, thats what she will do. I see Makara every week and can honestly say she looks very healthy to me.
