I see it's still having problems 24 hours on.
I sign up to a new host so I can continue to post video's, and re-upload my old one's. and this one won't allow you to upload.
I've sent them an email about it. But with it being the weekend, the chances are nothing will get done until Monday.
So I guess the uploads will have to wait for another day.
I have no idea WTF is going on with this any longer. I uploaded several files the other day, and now some of the hosts are saying file not available due to copyright infingement.
We have permission from the channels themselves to post these. So how is it copyright infringement?
I'm beginning to think it's more hassle than it's worth any longer, posting any videos.
I think its a knee-jerk reaction by most hosts, They have seen whats happened and are protecting themselves the best they can.
Indeed, I think they will be moderating their sites a lot more now as they won't want to be caught out. All these kind of sites will be hoping to stay under the radar for a while and hope it blows over. Can't see this happening though.
Another loss to the western world
So we have to put us with The US thinking they can impose there rules on the rest of the world.
And all this because the US Film & Music industry were pissed off at losing a few hundred million. There going to cost the world billions in lost revenue through this. And at a time of recession we can ill afford it.
So my response would be. Fuck them. There quick enough to impose sanctions on everyone else. So let the rest of the world impose total sanctions on them.

I use Mediafire if its any help, i do not seem to have any issues with them. As long as you upload or check into your account once every 30 days your files are safe!!!And no download limit for free users as far as i am aware!! I have used this ever since rapidshare started all that new crap a year or so ago!!
You can also password your files as well!!
I have over 5 pages of stored files as a free registerd non paying user!!
