but it's quite painful for me to download from rapidshare, plus my internet connection is like a snail

OK - I will re-encode to smaller size and upload. I'm sorry but it will be to RapidShare as that's all I have available to me. I'll try and post later today although it may be tomorrow depends on how long re-encode takes.
