anyone watch the first episode yet?

i thought it was ok. nothing special unlike buffy or firefly.

i imagine if will be cancelled before long which is a shame because whedons shows are designed to start a certain way then evolve into a totally different show. just look at buffy or angel

knowing fox, they will cancel it cos they like to do that. already heard that they messed around with it alot as it is!

I've got the first ep on the HD, but haven't had time to watch it yet, I've been looking forward to it since it was announced though. Fox don't have a good record with Whedon, so I hope it'll get time to develop properly. He always writes a gradual story.

did they scrap the pilot ep in the end? or did it get put to ep 2 like fox wanted? i forget

i'm just getting the 2nd ep now, which accoring to ain't it cool news, was better than the first! will confirm when i have watched
