I've never understood the shows hiring process....

I rated Louise as one of their best daygirls..

Why are tattoos a problem in daytime?

I would have thought that in this day & age tattoos are accepted,shouldn't put anyone off calling.Louise is gorgeous & you always get a great convo,never boring.A big loss.

Why would you hire a girl for days only to tell her her look is unsuitable?

Surely they know what her body looked like before they hired her?

Guessing RLC want the "innocent" looking ones on Daytime

I can't understand it myself. I've never spoken to her but Louise has always seemed like a valuable asset to whatever channel she's been on. Always prepared to take time out to talk to her fans. Sounds like a bit of a 'Houllier moment' to me by RLC
