Like me I think he copies and pastes the schedule put up on the Masti Chat's F/Book page which only gives you schedule for the current day.

Those organisational skills would definately help as a caller can often need to know well before the day if he's going to come home from work early / on time etc.... not knowing about one lady being on cost the channel a significant amount of mins from this user the other day .... the little things go a long way ...

Anita got ill..she was supposed to come in today as well, but still in bed! So we replaced her with our new babe Sanam..catch her today along side Shantii
