hi i used the phoneline last week using my bank card and found out a couple of days later that the charge was declined I dont want it to show up on my phone bill so how can i pay them?
ive sent them emails and tried to phone the customer service but have received no answer
I realised I used a pay as you go mobile to phone them when my card was declined what will happen now ive not heard anything from them does that mean i dont have to pay?

i phoned their tv line using the credit card line but a day or two later I got a phonecall from my bank saying a transaction has been declined at first i was freaking out because i thought it would charge my house phone but i checked my mob call list and it turns out i used my mobile to do it
