Being a parent i found this story deeply upsetting, with an even sadder ending.

that's inhuman! 18 people walked past the poor child! sometimes i'm baffled by people's indifference!
That's really shocked me how that's how people think of human life by either the two people that hit that poor little girl and the amount of people that walked past and did nothing, these people should hang there head up in shame. Some thing like this happened in this country about a year or two ago where someone got hit by a car and was bleeding by the side of the road no one bothered to stop and help, eventually the person got to hospital but they lost so much blood that they lost the use there body from the waist down. The doctor treating the person actually said if someone had come sooner and rang for help the person would have made full recovery. Just shows you that we live in world where people just don't seem to care any more Sad.
First things first, what the fuck was a 2 year old playing in the road for ? Then to be left that long and no sign of the parents!!!!

Secondly it is shocking that we no longer care about each other any more. It is sad that so many can pass an injured child and carry on walking... This is sadly a decline of moral and people not having "time" sad state of affairs really and not surprised to hear that money was the blame.
In China (And I'm not using this as a defence for the actions of the 18 people that left her there at all!!!!!) people who help others in distress are usually sued by the victim's family if the victim who was in distress ends up dying. This is due to the fact that by helping her they could make the situation even worse. And once again I am NOT defending what those people who walked on by and did nothing to help the girl

Also in the UK the law of Tort notes that you have no obligation to help someone else in distress if you see them. Cruel yes but that is the law currently I'm shocked to say.

Dont be to hasty in judging the parents,i dont know if you are a parent, but i can remember two occasions when i have lost sight of one of mine and blind panic set in,i think you will find the parents ran a shop in the market and will blame themselves forever.
