This happens when you don't have enough bandwidth available, or your version of Flash is out of date.

Initially, update your Flash player.

Then make sure NOTHING else is doing ANYTHING on your internet connection. Stuff like watching a live stream, iPlayer, Spotify and especially running any torrent software creates this problem.

It's not a rip off, it's an error. I'm more than happy to refund you any credits you feel were 'ripped off'.

It's not working for me neither, i actually thought they blocked me from accessing their site .
