If you can't actually see anything anyway I think a nice pair of knickers is far more attractive than an unsightly blur.

Funny you should say that, about 11 years ago when I went on a trip to New Zealand with a large party of people we travelled by Japan Airlines, but to cut a long story short on the way back we stayed at a hotel in Tokyo nearby the airport for our flight back to the UK and somebody pressed the red button in the hotel room for what he thought would be hard core porno and yes it was, but only problem was all the private parts were indeed blurred, he had the embarrassment the following morning of having to foot the bill. True story this, I was there pissing myself laughing at his expense. No no blurring to me would be an even bigger step back than we have at present.

But if you blurred/pixilated the private parts on the tv feed only but showed in the clear on the webstream, could Ofcom do anything about the webstream being in the clear?
The wouldn't like it of course, but I guess as long as there was no touching, actual masterbation or simulation and the private parts sufficiently blurred there wouldn't be a problem.
Sexcetera and Sin Cities still regularly get shown on ordinary channels lower down with only blurring or less and never seem to have any complaints?
Did anyone spare a thought for the people who have OCD about cleaning? If they see a blur on the babe channels they may think its a smudge on the screen and then spend all night rubbing the screen off and not themselves....
I think Damon Albarn and his indie chums are probably too busy to stand about blocking glamour models naughty bits.
