Because if I was Ely having been there since 2pm, then having to come back again at 6am while not getting anymore money for the web stream I'd call time after my last caller around 10ish too.

Surely they must pay them if only on webstream? If not, then of course bollocks to hanging around just to let free webstream viewers get a gander.
They (and the other channels) should re-think the schedules for the girls. Current approach means no personal time for them at all which isn't fair. Working shifts where basically you're at work or asleep is just wrong.

No extra money for the web stream its just a sort of ad hoc service that is there to cater for callers who ring just before 10pm and those still in the queue after simple as that, obviously if maybe there's two girls on they have a bit of fun for a while but most generally need to be up at 5am for the 6am shift so go back to the hotel nearby.

Like already said I thnk its misleading to advertise a service on screen for after 10pm when that is only token gesture.... if your lucky.

I would imagine the wider picture of a full web service / nights is still being discussed.

The webstream as I understand it isn't always a full hour. Its to fit in however many were in the queue during normal transmission time? Fair play that the girls take the opportunity to go a bit further on the web stream though - I guess if you're last in the queue you have a chance of seeing more?

Maybe they should try a change of strategy,webshow 10-11 every night (pay the girls treble time) and start an hour later in the mornings

Pay girls treble mmm like all businesses nowadays i expect they want something for nothing....not sure about the hours much prefer my fav Chat Girls to use a bit of strong innuendo to stimulate me at 6am before work ..knackered and lost all interest in women by 11pm lol.......
