Apologies for the service interruption just now (about 10:38 on Tuesday night). This was due to a hosting problem and has meant that the shoutbox has had to be taken offline. Rest assured that the problem is being worked on now and hopefully the shoutbox will be back online soon.

No probs admin. The error said Forbidden. For half a minute, I thought you'd reconsidered and banned me. Then noticed the bit at the bottom mentioning apache and twigged it might be connected to the all those shoutbox glitches in the past 24-36 hours. Must say though, bricked it for a few seconds!

Haha, I must say I actually thought that I may have been banned, well it did go through my head!
Anyway, thanks for keeping us updated and sorting the problem out quickly. Shame that the shoutbox has had to go, hopefully it will get sorted/fixed soon.
Maybe I could create a chatting thread in 'Other Subjects' forum while the Shoutbox is offline. What do you guys think?

l must admit l feared the worse when try to use the shoutbox.
Must admit the same thought about the banning crossed my mind for a second as well, lol.

Good idea Anon. Could I make the suggestion of a "substitute" forum in the dedicated shoutbox forum though? There are a few established hot threads down in other subjects and it would be a shame to choke them...
