We are working very hard to improve the website, we are curretly changing the video player we are using to a more improved YouTube style video player, hench the reason we haven't uploaded any new vids in te last 2 weeks, once all the videos are changed to new player we will be uploading 2-3 new videos a day.
We do upload 2 picture sets a week, we you like us to do more?
Also please let us know what you would like us to do to deliver a better service and we will try our hardest to improve or change to please you guys.

Your main problem is that you have a major communication problem with your customers, that is of course just my opinion but you will not be judged on the fact that your website has problems as every website has a problem from time to time but how you go about sorting your problems out and keeping your customers informed otherwise they will vote with their feet.
