sorry i just find the selection of girls poor...
your not getting a lot of fresh talent in for a start and theres a fair few of the newer girls on the channels now doing porn or at least fully nude shows... babestation and elite girls in particular which is the direction i would go in... mon - thur nude tease, fri - sun full on hardcore preferably with 1 or more of the girls from earlier in the week... never have a girl on more than 1-2 times a month (and if she was on 2 times in that month you dont see her for at least another month) would also help build anticipation to give certain girls event status. getting camilla from babestation or the twins, sophia knight and the likes would do wonders i think...
unless your gonna provide girls the guys wanna see your not gonna get far...

Dani O'neal, Kerry Louise, Michelle Moist have been on the show a few times (All babestation girls) Katie K, Paris Rocks and a few others to come too. In regards to having the same girl on more than 1-2 times a month i can see where you are coming from but there are certain girls like Alexandra & Lucy who i could watch 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. One thing they do need to sort out though is their IT systems and customer service

there are lots of uk based pornstars out there that dont get much in the way of exposure unless they have a film out or because there not contracted. and theres also the girls that got recently fired from gone bust or sold channels... nah m8 there is potential to have a much bigger talent stable than they have atm

I have to agree and say just a bigger selection of girls. I love a certain number of the girls you feature but I'm so-so on the rest and honestly I'm not bothered about their shows. So getting variety and changing it up a bit would be the best way to improve in my view.

I think every guy will have their favourite girls and want them on the shows more frequently but that would only improve the site for specific people.
For me personally a big improvement would be a decent set of stills to accompany the videos of say 30 plus stills rather than just 16 which is most current sets. I personally shoot between 50 and 60 stills per set. I mean it's not like the old days where you need more film for your camera as it's all digital.
