just curious, i don't remember the exact day or anything but, for me, it was late 1999(july onwards), i was at my cousin's house (who weirdly doesn't like it himself anymore) and i remember seeing the LOD coming to the ring (with their spiked... american football things) and then some time later, after the adverts, i remember seeing chyna doing that cartwheel elbow thing and pretty much ever since, i've been a fan

(i know it don't sound like much but obviously it was enough at the time)

how about you?
Summerslam 88 was only 8 years old watching Ultimate Warrior kill The Honkytonk Man pretty much got me hooked.
The first show I remember watching was, King of the ring 93. Yokozuna beating Hulk Hogan and then doing the banzai drop after the match.

After that took a little break and got back into it during the attitude era (98-99)
i remember waching Summerslam as a kid and seeing the british bulldog vs bert hart
and from that moment i have been a fan of wrestling
1988 Survivor Series I was hooked.
summerslam 92 was the first wrestling show i saw, from then on i was hooked.
It was sometime around late 1988 that i started really watching wrestling whenever i could. I remember being a huge fan of the Megapowers (Hulk Hogan & Macho Man Randy Savage) but the first main event/pay-per view i remember was Wrestlemania V because they broke up before that and faced off for the WWF Title. Hogan of course won.
Summerslam '98 Rock vs HHH ladder match

Hooked ever since
It must of been 1988/1989..back when Sky was called BSB.
Even though i was only 8 at the time i would stay up and watch all the PPV'S and was addicted to watching Prime Time wrestling hosted by Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby 'The Brain ' Heenan Smile My brother and I wanted to be the Bushwhackers..until we sure how kick ass Demolition were Smile

By 93/94 i had discovered loud music and girls so i lost track of WWF/WWE but over the last 7 years I've been caught up in it again Smile

Is it sad or cool that i still have my entire complete collection of WWF Hasbro wrestling figures? Rolleyes

Oh and HHH stole my look...
I loved it the moment I saw it. I remember being allowed to stay up late on a Friday night as I didn't have school (this was 1997 and was only 8 years olds). I was skipping through channels and came onto Sky Sports where I saw Goldust w/Melanie vs. Hunter Hurst Helmsley w/Chyna vs. Owen Hart w/Brian Pillman for the IC title with Pat Patterson as special ref. What a confusing first match as it was wild, crazy and had Goldust winning but the match restarting because Owen's foot was on the ropes. It was just crazy and I loved it I was the first kid in my school to get into wrestling and have been hooked ever since. Although these days I'm more of an American indy fan but still watch WWE from time to time.
