I remember watching a programme where they discussed the ridiculous amounts Mobile Phone Operators charged...a text costs companies such as Vodaphone a fraction of a penny...they talked about how the EU was trying to push for a rule to control the profit making with texting and roaming but the minister in question stopped...must have got a hefty 'gift'...
