Sorry for bumping this old thread, but i think its important for Clipser users.
Two weeks ago my Vista computer was damaged in a fire, so i bought a new Windows 7 pc. The first thing i tried to do was upload a few outstanding recorded call videos i had to Clipser.com. Nothing happened so i thought it might be a compatibility problem with my new operating system.
I contacted my friend who works there to see if he could help, i got this reply from him earlier today.

Sorry man i no longer work with clipser. Nothing is wrong with your computer its just that clipser have stopped accepting videos. Effectively, Clipser is now a dead site.
