Does it cost more to uplink a higher quality picture to the Sky satellite, or are they just getting the studio feed (as they say, "live from Hollywood" to the operator in the UK) over a heavily compressed Internet link?
I'm not against saving money, but when you can't even see if the presenter's eyes are open or closed it's a bit much.

There is one lady who does daytime with dark hair and night time with blonde (not sure if it's a wig for one or the other or both, can't really tell with the smudgey picture) but I don't think she's Chloe. Looks a bit like her, but not her (but I could be wrong).
They don't always identify the presenters on the caption so it's a matter of hanging around to wait for them to namecheck on the mic, or (more usually) keep surfing to another channel that has a watchable picture. Or just skip past because you already know it's going to be almost unwatchable.
You know the way we used to be told "Keep doing that and you'll go blind"?

No offence to any of the lovely presenters, but they need to sort out the black studio background and the Betamax-copied-to-VHS-and-back-again picture quality.

Mate if you want us to watch your station you need to do far more then upgrade the picture.

Yeh,Chloe has done nights a few times with the strange,curly black wig! Serious improvement to the picture quality recently, both the studio picture and the captioning (which is probably done in the UK before the uplink to Sky).
