To be honest I think some of the criticism on here of some of the girls tends to be a bit over the top, particularly when it comes to demands for their P45. Okay opinions are opinions and a forum is for free speech within reason but it seems to me that the girls on Channel 960 are operating under very difficult circumstances in relation to phones, settings, camera work etc etc and this should always be taken into account.
As for Summer, I regret that her time on the channel has been so short lived and if there is no place for a lovely girl who has talent and can inject some fun into the proceedings then so be it. I think the head producer should look in the mirror and reflect on the overall deficiencies of the channel including a complete lack of public relations before confronting girls with stats and wondering why there are not more phone calls.

I've just read this now too and I'm very sad to hear you're leaving Summer but it's definitely the channels loss and I'm sure you'll succeed at whatever it is you do next.
