Hi guys and guyettes i'm trying to send a picture to someone through the PM (private message) system but don't know how as there is no browes tab .... any ideas please pm me

Are you trying to upload an image from your own hd ??
If so: Try uploading the pic to IMAGEVENUE and then hotlink it within the PM.
