The chatbox is working normally at this time. The cause of the problem is unknown but will be investigated.
Everytime I'm logged in and click for the chatroom, I notice that "guest" appears where my username should be. Then I click to enter the chatroom, type in my username and password and a page appears stating, "You have entered an invalid username/password combination. If you have forgotten your password please retrieve a new one." When I put my email address in the lost password recovery form to request for a new password, it says "You did not enter a valid email address". Huh

You have to register to the chatbox separately to gain access.
