You need to go to this page http://www.babeshows.co.uk/usercp.php?action=avatar and upload your chosen picture. The photo needs to be quite small - less than 20 kb and no more than 110x110 pixels.

EDIT: Here's a site where you can resize your picture to the required dimensions. I haven't used the site so don't know if it works. http://www.reducephoto.com/step1avatar.asp
