This was a monster. Never a pop hit but a huge club track with a great growl in the vocal.
When they played this at The Tunnel nightclub in Glasgow, the keyboard bit that comes in at 1 minute 22 secs seemed to fly through your head in three dimensions. Same year as the Snap record, I think.
Hell this is a tough one, as dance covers so many years and in my book goes right back to the 70's and the likes of Edwin Starr, but perhaps thats disco (may be an idea for another thread).
