With the digital switchover (DSO) nearing completion, plans are being made to release the 800 MHz spectrum, used for terrestrial television broadcasting and making it available for the first time for mobile services to provide better mobile broadband. This looks likely to cause interference as the 800 MHz spectrum is close to the spectrum used for digital terrestrial television (DTT), meaning some people are going to have problems receiving DTT.

One of the freeview multiplexes is 826 MHz, which happens to be the one broadcasting SmileTV 2 and Babestation Xtreme.

However, those living close enough to a mobile phone mast for interference to occur with these channels need not worry - the radiation will have already rendered you impotent and unlikely to care. Big Grin

Sorry for the repetition. Sometimes I am never sure which forum contains the topic I am looking for and there is never enough time to search through all of them.
