I know that a full 2-girl dayshift is unlikely, but how about arranging for them to work a shift each either on Saturday or Sunday and put them on together just for a couple of hours in the middle on an overlap?
Watching them from 12.00 - 2.00pm would be a great way to spend Sunday lunchtime!
