When you've installed the software you want take a screen cap/caps with it & save them to a folder of your choice But Always remember to change the image setting to jpeg before you take your caps!!
After you’ve took your pics you’ll need to use an image host to post them on forums. So you could use ImageBam or ImageChunk Just choose what size you want your images to be seen on forums by the hosts dropdown list then click on the Select Files icon & go to the folder you saved your pics into. Always remember to choose the Adult option if your pics are nude.
After you’ve selected the files you want to upload click submit / upload, After the host uploads your pics you’ll get 4 options, If your wanting to show your pics as thumbnails choose the bbcode.
That's all the info you need.
