She had a pink top on that was open right down to below that belly botton, sort of like a v shape, but it meant that the boobs were fully out and swining rather than the type of top that goes up to underneath the boobs, like a lot of girls have.
As for tatoos, I'd rather see her silky soft pink skin (I even hate fake tan), than a picture of a skull (lets face it a skull is an ugly image even on paper), but that's just a personal thing; her arms, does what she wants with them.
