I'm on Talk Talk and I can view the vids fine, but can't download.
I tried a download through my VPN to cut TalkTalk out of the equation, but the connection is so crap I can't even load the download page to test.
Edit : Just tried a download again without the VPN, and it is working OK.

Well since you made that comment everyone in this thread suddenly went quiet for some reason, apart from munch, so your contention that they are all Talktalk users has not been answered one way or the other.
I have the same problem as other people in this thread and i am on talktalk as well. I never had the problem before until i switched over though recently.
If i try to play a video the loading circle spins on the screen for about 5 seconds and then disappears and the picture never moves, absolutely nothing happens.
If i try downloading i just get the forbidden 403 message.
This is on every single video I have ever tried on talktalk, it's not just sometimes, it's every single time. I've give up now unless somebody else comes up with an answer, I'm not too tech savvy, so no suggestions from me unfortunately!
While it doesn't solve your problem you could try
JDownloader as a workaround. video bam's wait-timers have given me issues in the past, but now unless it's to stream something I don't even bother opening their links in my browser anymore. Load the links in jdownloader and it downloads them one after the other. Plus with some filehosts (video bam, rapidshare etc.) it can download multiple files at a time.
I'm on Talk Talk too, and video bam is the only one that I cannot see or download. I have no problems with all the other ones now being used such as uploaded and 1fichier. Any chance of the latest Amanda vids being uploaded using anything other than video bam - for what ever reason I feel that I'm missing out on some good vids
Is the site actually working for anybody? I haven't been able to view or download anything for three days now, regardless of what browser i use on my PC or phone. Using a proxy server doesn't seem to work for me now either. I can still upload videos without a problem, they just wont play

Just checked my account everything is fine can play all the vids
Still not working for me. Poor form considering I have a pro account and over 2200 videos on the site
I think it's now certain that video bam is totally & utterly fucked up & dead.
Recently recieved e-mail from Paypal informing me that my recurring subscription to video bam had been blocked & since then several auto e-mails from video bam informing me that various videos had been deleted from my file due to lack of use.
Although uploading has still worked, I've not been able to playback or download anything for several weeks.
Since yesterday I've not been able to access my file or internet connection as the video bam server is now offline, like I already said, it's fucked up & dead.
The video bam servers just came back online.
