In light of BS's HD streams, and the resulting 'large caps', is there any prospect of the max. file size at TVGG being increased?
Perhaps a resize option, too?

There's always been a resize option, though the original image has to be below the filesize limit.
As a screencap from a Babestation HD stream can be anywhere around 2 - 5 MB, you'd have to resize beforehand.
I use Gimp 2.8 with a batch add-on to resize multiple caps at once.
Quick and easy.
If you are making your screencaps using the snapshot button on VLC player, you can adjust the quality that they are saved.
Tools - preferences
select "all"
advanced preferences - Input/Codecs - Video codecs - jpeg
adjust the jpeg quality setting.
I tried it at 95% and the screencap was 560kb
Changed it to 50% and the file was only 150 kb, still looked reasonable quality.
I've noticed that some of my uploads seem to have disappeared and the forum post shows "requested image not found". Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I can do about it other than reuploading the images again?
Hopefully this will be easy to resolve. If you can specify the posts in question the issue can probably be fixed very quickly.
Those posts you specified are definitely OK now. I also ran through all your posts from the last 3 months and couldn't find any other issues. Give me a day or two and I'll check further back, just to make sure that all is well.
