You have to download it to view it.

Click on the link (the blue writing) to go to the download page. When there, select 'regular download'

It should load a page with a countdown timer on it. When that timer reaches zero, a security question will appear.
Click on it, wait for the question or words to appear, and type the answer. Click continue.

A box saying 'Download File in regular mode' should appear. Click that and it should download.

You can play the video when it's fully finished downloading.


That's how it works using Google Chrome on a Windows 8 pc, anyways. Mobile phones, tablets or Apple Macs might be a different story.
