The first point is good because according to the press Khan is certainly training in the Philippines and as far as I know UK premium rate numbers can't be dialled from overseas.
I'm not sure about the third point though. The Sun didn't seem to worry about claiming that Wayne Rooney often sends texts to Babestation, even though they didn't produce any evidence that it was true.
