As much as i seeing her on nights (she has no equal currently in my opinion)
i think its cool that she changes things up and does days every so often...

So many girls i have asked about nights say how draining it can be and can
hinder there are overall performance..In fact one former forum member was
discussing this very subjest an hour ago with caty Cole (on twitter) when he
asked her why she was on today..her answer "Its good to change it up"
